Debbie Fisher has started sharing her personal analysis and opinions in a very compact and tightly written document titled “Risks Lucas Taxpayers Need To Know About Prop B: The Vanity Internet Project”.
There’s a lot to process here.
You may know Debbie. She’s serving as a member of the Lucas City Council and has been raising concerns since the summer about the project.
In her document, Debbie lays bare the problems she sees in the Magellan feasibility study and the eye-opening number of risks to taxpayers.
Suffice to say, it looks like as a private citizen, she’s voting “No” to Prop B.

Note: So there’s no confusion, Debbie Fisher shares the following at the bottom of each page of her presentation:
“This is my personal analysis of the Lucas Proposition B Broadband proposal. I am sending this to you as a fellow citizen and taxpayer exercising my 1st Amendment rights and not in any official capacity. The opinions expressed are my own and not that of any government entity. A presentation with similar viewpoints was created and given by me prior to Council voting to move forward with calling the election. – Debbie Fisher”
